The charity Jeans for Genes commissioned a large number of days of professional photography over many years. The photography was to capture the children suffering from genetic disorders in their home environment. The families provided a warm and loving home to support the children who had been born with a variety of different genetic disorders.
Professional photography can be useful to help with fund raising as images can be used to show how children are managing.

Photography for the charity in Essex of these boys who suffer from a genetic disease – Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia (HED). This condition means that the children cannot sweat, have no teeth and very little hair.

This photography was taken in Kent of children who both suffer from a condition called – Long QT syndrome. This is a rare inborn heart condition which increases the risk of episodes of irregular heartbeat, palpitations, fainting and sometimes sudden death.
