Douglas was lucky enough to see the Great Elliott Erwitt at the Cochrane Theatre in Holborn, where he was describing his techniques for taking photographs, including many of his most well known images taken over the last 50 years.
Elliott is a very quiet unassuming character but with an acerbic wit. Above is one of Douglas’s favourite images.
